We are a fitness company dedicated to helping kids and adults from the ages 9 and above reach their fitness potential, whether it be for the purpose of sports or a healthy lifestyle. Our classes are developed to give the individual what they need to reach their goals in a safe and effective manner.

Charan Chadha
Physical Therapist

Charan Chadha is the founder of C4 and our team physical therapist. Charan has been working to rehabilitate young athletes and adults for 18 years. His expertise in sports injuries and recovery allow our team to identify imbalances and weaknesses which in turn may help reduce the likelihood of injuries. Charan works with many of the leading orthopedic specialists in the area including orthopedic doctors, physical therapists, and chiropractors. He also works closely with pediatricians who are looking for a program to get kids moving more and reduce the likelihood of childhood obesity.

Mike McGee
Head Youth (Sports Performance & Back2Field) Coach

Mike McGee has over 25 years of fitness experience, working with athletes of all ages and abilities, from elementary school to professional. A life-long Main Line resident and former NCAA athlete, Mike studied Exercise Physiology at Temple.

Sam Morrison
Medical Fitness/Youth Coach

Sam Morison has been involved with sports since the age of 4. He attended Plymouth Whitemarsh High school where he was a 2 year captain for the wrestling team and earned more than 100 wins. After High School he attended Sacred Heart University. There he competed at a D1 level, team captain his senior year, and earned his B.S. in Exercise Science. Now Sam is involved with sports performance with many athletes in the area.
