C4 Fitness Training will now be featuring 2 new classes for adults: The Grit and the Grind.
The Grit is a 50 minute class that focuses on strength training and aerobic conditioning. Types of activities to expect are weight training, functional movements, body weight, balance, power, and conditioning. Equipment being used include TRX, kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, gladiator wall, medicine balls, and battle ropes.
The Grind is a 35 minute class that focuses on anaerobic capacity. Types of activities to expect are sprints, plyos, body weight exercises, linear and lateral movements, vertical movement, foot work, and full body explosion. Equipment being used include: sleds, maces, plyo boxes, tires, turf, erg, Matrix HIIT performance trainer, peg board, resistance bands, hurdles, assault bike and gladiator wall.
